Q: What types of events do you photograph?
A: We specialize in birthday parties, sweet 16s, and family celebrations. We also cover bar/bat mitzvahs, corporate events, and small weddings in the Tri-State area.
Q: What is included in your birthday photography packages?
A: Every package delivers over 1,000 professionally edited images, a private Pixieset online gallery with print store, and custom-branded instant shares via text, QR code, or AirDrop. The Nova Blast and VIP packages add hybrid photo + video from a single Canon camera, highlight reels, and a physical scrapbook. The VIP includes your choice of a 3-hour Open Air or 360 Photobooth.
Q: Do you offer both photography and videography?
A: Yes! Our popular hybrid coverage captures beautiful still photos and smooth video at the same time. You get the best of both worlds!
Q: What is your instant photography and videography?
A: Guests receive branded photos and short videos/boomerangs instantly via text, QR code, or AirDrop. It’s a huge hit at our event — everyone leaves with memories right away!
Q: How far will you travel for my event?
A: We happily travel the entire Tri-State area (NY, NJ, CT). Travel outside the tri state area will have a small fee applied.
Q: When will I receive my photos and video?
A: Edited images and highlight reels are typically delivered within 1-3 days after the event via your private Pixieset gallery. Priority editing is available in the VIP package.
Q: Do you offer on-site printing or physical products?
A: Yes — on-site 4x6 prints with your logo are available as an add-on ($299 unlimited). We also include a beautiful physical scrapbook in the Blast and VIP packages.
Q: What is your booking and payment process?
A: Choose one of our three packages on the site and book instantly with Apple Pay. A 50% deposit secures your date. The balance is due 7 days before the event.
Q: Are deposits refundable?
A: Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to another date if we can rebook the original slot. We recommend booking early for popular weekend dates.
Q: Do you have insurance?
A: Yes — we carry full equipment insurance and liability coverage for peace of mind at your Long Island event.
Q: Can I customize my package?
A: Absolutely! You can upgrade hours, add the second booth, extra printing, or combine services. Just let us know in the booking notes or contact us for a custom quote.
Q: What if it rains or we need to reschedule?
A: We’ll work with you to find a new date that works. Outdoor elements can be moved indoors — we’re flexible for Long Island weather!
